Alternatives to sandwiches
- Unsalted crispbreads or crackers
- Crispbreads - wholegrain, wholemeal or white
- Wholemeal crackers
- Plain crackers
- Water crackers
- Rice crackers or rice cakes.
Serve crackers topped with cheese or cheese spread, or with a container of cheese cubes and salad/vegetables cut into sticks, cold meat and salad, or dip and salad (keep it cold with a frozen ice-brick).
- Quiche - keep cold.
- Mini pizza - top with grated cheese, cherry tomatoes, pineapple, chopped ham - keep cold.
