Alternatives to sandwiches

  • Unsalted crispbreads or crackers
  • Crispbreads - wholegrain, wholemeal or white
  • Wholemeal crackers
  • Plain crackers
  • Water crackers
  • Rice crackers or rice cakes.

Serve crackers topped with cheese or cheese spread, or with a container of cheese cubes and salad/vegetables cut into sticks, cold meat and salad, or dip and salad (keep it cold with a frozen ice-brick).

  • Pancakes
  • Quiche - keep cold.
  • Mini pizza - top with grated cheese, cherry tomatoes, pineapple, chopped ham - keep cold.
