Going back to school can have mixed emotions. From excitement to feeling a little nervous and anxious about what the new year will bring. New teachers, new friends or maybe even a new school? Come and join us at Meerilinga Woodvale on Friday, 28th of January and learn about many different coping skills and strategies when going back to school.
