Emotional ups and downs, anxiety and self-esteem are a very normal and important part of teen development. It is important for young teens to be in touch with their emotions and feel like they can talk about them. Come over to Meerilinga Kingsley on Thursday, 20th January 2022 for a mental health workshop covering anxiety, anger management, self-esteem, positive self-talk, friendships and mindfulness.
