It is important to be in touch with your mental wellbeing and take some time out to meditate and relax. Come down to Meerilinga Woodvale these school holidays for a session with Hillary who is a qualified Yoga teacher. Yoga has shown to improve flexibility, strength and stamina, reduces stress and anxiety and improve sleep and mental clarity.
